Sigma nu

The sigma_nu keyword is an optional keyword in the input file, used in combination with smooth = .true.. It takes 1 float argument, in units of ps-1. It controls the locality of the smoothing applied to the DoS when the LOWESS filter is enabled (smooth = .true.).
